Get UVEX Helmets, Goggles & SunglassesRepairing lenses for Ray Bans can be a daunting task – none of the retailers want you to be able to repair your older glasses – they’d prefer that you bought new ones and just forget about the old ones. I personally have two pair right now, each one has a cracked lens and they cost over $200 each, so I’ve decided to make this guide on how to get replacement lenses for your cracked or broken Ray Ban sunglasses.
So after noticing that no matter what I type into google for a search… lens repair, replacement lenses… all I come up with is online stores with tons of links, I decided to just visit the Ray Ban site, where I had to dig a little, but finally came across this:

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Ray–Ban provides a repair service for any product not covered or past our warranty period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the style of your returned product. We will notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to any repair.

Please send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and insured to:

Luxottica Group
P.O. Box 304
Roslyn, NY 11576

Please make sure to include a non–refundable processing fee of $12.50 with your sunglasses and your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect or damage.
If you have any questions, please call our toll–free number: 1–800–343–5594

So seriously, now you know. That was a lot simpler than I expected but the internet can be a strange place, filled with opportunities to purchase additional items at every step of the way.

Just as an aside, I don’t wear Ray Ban Aviators, I prefer the ray charles style, RB4057 Havana Plastic Ray Bans in tortoise shell, pictured below:
