If you’ve got a broken pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses, it’s not that easy to figure out how to fix them. The information on repairs is pretty buried on their website – I guess this might be because they figure if it’s difficult to figure out, you’ll just buy new ones.
In order to get the Ray Bans fixed, you need to follow these simple instructions:
As a courtesy to our valued customers, Ray–Ban provides a repair service for any product not covered or past our warranty period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the style of your returned product. We will notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to any repair.
Please send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and insured to:
Luxottica Group
P.O. Box 304
Roslyn, NY 11576Please make sure to include a non–refundable processing fee of $12.50 with your sunglasses and your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect or damage.
If you have any questions, please call our toll–free number: 1–800–343–5594
It doesn’t matter if you’re fixing wayfarers, havanas, aviators or what the style is, they all go to the same place. You should probably keep in mind that this will be only for broken lenses, hinges and simple repairs and maybe cracked frames will cost a lot more to fix.
