I designed this signature drink menu for the new Road Town Rum Bar concept – the owner, working with Pusser’s Rum, wanted the same feel that I gave to the original Pusser’s Road Town Pub, Ladies & Gentlemen’s Drinking Companion menu, blending bold visuals, original copywriting, and extensive layout work to create a vibrant, storytelling-driven piece. Every recipe was paired with playful descriptions, illustrations, and a cohesive design system that reflects the brand’s Caribbean-inspired identity. From concept through design and copy, I crafted a menu that feels both authentic and engaging — setting the tone for a new chain of rum bars now launching.
