Pusser’s British Virgin Islands Livestream at Cane Garden Bay
I spearheaded the deployment of four live-streaming web cameras strategically positioned at key locations in the British Virgin Islands for The Pusser’s Company Store, broadcasting captivating real-time feeds directly to YouTube that immersed viewers in the brand’s vibrant world and boosted online engagement. These streams featured an innovative Discord chatbot that interacted dynamically with users in real time, answering questions, sharing brand stories, and fostering a lively community around the live views. Tragically, Hurricane Irma ravaged the islands in 2017, completely destroying all four cameras along with much of the company’s infrastructure, marking a significant setback that halted this groundbreaking digital initiative.

A bonus video in which I am singing the song Redneck Mother with my band DaTreeMen, (There were 3 of us . . .), in Cane Garden Bay, British Virgin Islands. The band played shows throughout the islands, including the Christmas Show for Sir Richard Branson and family on their own Necker Island – and we were invited back to play twelve more shows!
